Do you offer in-home trials?

Yes we do. We encourage you to visit us and select up to four instruments for trial. We can also make recommendations over the phone and arrange to ship the instrument(s) to you. Please see our Trial Policy.

Do you ship instruments for trial?

Yes we do. Instruments up to $100,000 are available for in-home trial. Please see our Trial Policy and Shipping Policy.

Do I need an appointment to try instruments?

An appointment is not necessary but can be helpful. We have a very large selection and in order for you to take full advantage, it is helpful to know when you plan to visit us so that we can have everything ready.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes we do. For qualified buyers, we offer 90 days/same as cash/in 4 payments/no interest for instruments up to $6,000. Also, for qualified buyers, we offer a 24-month payment plan with 20% down payment and 12, 18 or 24 months of payments with 1% interest applied to the unpaid balance for instruments up to $6,000. We do not offer financing for instruments over $6,000. However, short-term arrangements for fund-consolidation are possible on a case by case basis.

Do you rent professional quality instruments?

We can offer professional quality instruments for short-term special events with advanced notice. Advanced quality instruments are available for rent for advancing students.

Can I rent to own?

Yes, absolutely! Please see our Rental Plan.

Do you repair bows and repair instruments?

Yes we do. We have a full-service workshop with a highly-skilled staff. Please see Repair and Restoration.

Do you offer lessons?

No, but we would be happy to recommend a teacher in the Washington D.C. area.
