Piero Parravicini

Piero Parravicini was born in Bovisio, Italy in 1889. He moved to Milan as a young man to study with Romeo Antoniazzi. As his career progressed, he also worked at the Monzani workshop and under Giuseppe Pedrazzini. He made many fine violins, cellos, and basses during his career.

Parravicini’s instruments are of extremely fine quality and excellent tone. He often uses Guarneri, Stradivari, and Guadagnini models.
