This fine violin is a reproduction, bearing the label “Luigi Bajoni / fecit l’anno 1877 in Milano”. It also bears a label with the maker’s signature attached to the upper block inside the instrument. The flat arching of this violin contributes to its powerful, focused and brilliant tone. It is in a very fine state of preservation.
