Samuel Shen Model SB 800, Suzhou 2008
This contemporary bass is the SB 800 model produced by Shen Musical Instruments. This attractive Shen bass is in excellent condition. Its varnish is a light golden brown color and it is branded “Shen” on the neck button. The back is made from two pieces of broadly figured maple, with matching sides, neck, and back. The top is made from two pieces of finely grained spruce widening at the edges. The string length is 41⅛”.
