Giuseppe Renaldi Model, 2010

This contemporary bass was hand crafted in China. It bears the Brobst Violin Shop trade name of Giuseppe Renaldi, Vecchio model. This bass is in excellent condition and has an attractive, rich red-brown varnish over a golden ground. The back is made from two pieces of medium flamed maple with similar sides. The neck and scroll are of plainer maple. The bass has a two piece top made from medium grained spruce widening at the edges. The string length is 41 and ¼ inches.
