Alfred Lamy, silver & ebony

A very fine cello bow by one of the foremost bow makers. The octagon stick is made from dark reddish-brown pernambuco wood. The winding is silver wire. The ebony frog is silver mounted and inlaid with mother-of-pearl eyes. The button is ebony with two silver rings and a pearl eye. The bow is in very fine condition showing little or no wear. It is to be sold with the photo certificate of Etienne Vatelot, Paris, 1991.
