This maker’s excellent workmanship is clearly visible in this instrument. It was commissioned by its original owner as a copy of his G.F. Pressenda. The light yellow brown varnish is artistically applied, and it has a beautiful one piece back of broadly flamed maple. The violin has a full bodied, evenly balanced tone with clarity and color.
